Have you ever wanted to decorate your own cakes, but aren’t sure how to get started? Well now’s your chance.
Each training session is designed to help home decorators learn a few of the professional tricks for getting the perfect finish for their creations.
Our workshops are unique in the fact that you are actually making the product as you are being taught, plus you get to take them home. Yum!
Cupcake Basics
This course is designed for people who have limited experience with decorating. You will learn three styles of icing cupcakes:
- Piping Nozzles
- Palleting for a smooth & rough finish
- Fondant Icing (Royal Icing)
At the end of the course you will take home 18 delicious cupcakes to share with your family

Kids Novelty Cakes
This course is for anyone who has ever wanted to decorate a novelty cake for children, but has thought that it looked to hard. Choose from a wide range of novelty cakes and then decorate it using piping nozzles and palleting techniques
Cost: $70
Present Box
In the course you will be taught how to trim, mask and finish a cake using fondant icing and create a beautiful bow for the finishing touch
Cost: $110
Handbag Cake
This one is fun! You will be taught how to trim, shape, mould, mask & finish a cake using fondant icing &imprinting equipment. A great option for girls birthdays
